The two-storey office is designed as a compact modular building for organizing workspaces in commercial and service projects. The structure is implemented as a prefabricated system that allows fast manufacturing and installation. The building is suitable for both temporary and permanent use and adapted for intensive operation.

The project is implemented as a two-storey prefabricated modular building designed for office use. Large panoramic windows along the long façades provide natural daylight to the interior workspaces.

The structure is reinforced to ensure safe operation on two levels, while access to the second floor is organized via an external metal staircase. A double standing seam roof prevents water accumulation, and the drainage system is integrated directly into the module columns.

Special attention was given to load calculations for the first floor, taking into account the panoramic glazing. This project demonstrates the capability of X MODULE modular solutions for international markets, including implementation in Romania.
