A lift provides access between floors, with external staircases offering an additional circulation route. Large panoramic windows deliver ample natural light and create a sense of open space.

The building's architecture features contemporary exterior finishing and a considered facade geometry. The modular structure makes it possible to realise complex architectural concepts without resorting to conventional capital construction.
