The two-storey modular office by XMODULE is a modern, mobile, and functional building designed to ensure comfortable working conditions for staff. The project предусматриes inclusivity (elevator access), large panoramic windows, autonomous operation, and rapid deployment on any site.

During implementation, it was important to integrate two levels into a single functional building while meeting inclusivity requirements — therefore, the office was equipped with an elevator, and an external staircase provides quick access to the second floor.

Panoramic glazing creates natural lighting and a sense of open space.

Installation and commissioning of engineering systems were completed within a short timeframe — the office is fully ready for operation immediately after installation.
