Sandwich panels and a sealed building envelope ensure effective thermal insulation. Underfloor heating, ventilation and air conditioning maintain a comfortable indoor climate in all seasons. If required, the building can be fitted with solar panels to partially offset its energy consumption.

The modular structure allows the building to be dismantled and relocated to another site without loss of functionality. This format is well suited to businesses that require a fully functional office space with the option to change location.

The office is manufactured at the XMODULE production facility within 45 working days. The layout, fit-out and engineering solutions are agreed with the client prior to the start of manufacture.
