The modular office by XMODULE is a modern, autonomous solution for organizing a comfortable workspace. The building is designed to meet mobility, energy efficiency, and rapid installation requirements. The project provides for division into two equal rooms: one for engineering and technical staff, and the other for management personnel.

The modular office with a total area of 60 sq.m consists of four interconnected modules. The layout includes two spacious offices furnished in a loft style. The underfloor heating system, ventilation, and air conditioning ensure a comfortable indoor environment throughout the year.

Special attention is paid to energy efficiency — thanks to sandwich panels and the airtight construction, heat loss is minimized, while the use of solar panels helps reduce energy consumption. The project also addresses mobility requirements: the building can be dismantled and relocated without loss of functionality.
