XMODULE designs modular office buildings according to the customer's technical requirements. The interior layout can include private offices, open-plan workspaces, meeting rooms, restrooms, kitchens, technical rooms and utility spaces.

Wall construction, insulation thickness and interior finishing materials are selected according to the building's operating conditions. Sandwich panels with PIR insulation can be used for external walls, while sandwich panels of the required thickness can be used for internal partitions. Durable, wear-resistant linoleum can be used as the floor covering.

The project can include electrical systems, indoor and outdoor lighting, power outlets, network connections, heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Office buildings can also be equipped with emergency exits, autonomous lighting and heating systems, and rainwater drainage systems.
