The XMODULE modular office consists of two connected modules with a combined area of 30 sq. m. A reinforced steel frame, sandwich panels with PIR insulation and a polymer-coated roof ensure structural reliability. The climate control system includes air conditioning and heating.

The interior layout features an entrance vestibule and an open-plan work area. The office can be supplied with furniture and equipment, so the space is ready for immediate occupation following installation.

Assembly is completed within 1–2 days. The defining advantage of the mobile format is the ability to relocate. This is particularly valuable for construction and industrial companies operating at time-limited sites or regularly moving personnel between locations.
