At the initiative of the International Committee of the Red Cross, the XMODULE team delivered a modular medical instrument reprocessing complex — an engineering solution providing a complete instrument processing cycle: from the receipt of used instruments to the issue of sterile sets for surgical suites.

The building consists of five modules with a total area of 91 sq. m. The space is divided into five zones — dirty, clean, sterile, technical and utility — with all cross-contamination between flows completely eliminated. This zoning complies with the requirements for centralised sterilisation departments and is established at the design stage.

The structure is built on a steel frame with PIR sandwich panels and is equipped with all necessary engineering systems: ventilation, electrical supply, water supply, drainage, building automation systems and CCTV.

The structure is mobile — if required, the complex can be relocated to another site without loss of functionality.

The building holds a certificate of conformity, consequence class CC1, and complies with current Ukrainian legislation. Warranty — 12 months. Design service life — at least 10 years.
