A modular shower facility manufactured by XMODULE is a prefabricated sanitary building combining shower rooms, toilets and washbasins. These modular buildings are designed to meet the hygiene and welfare needs of employees at industrial and manufacturing facilities, as well as temporary field camps. The modular structure, internal layout and building services can be adapted to operating conditions and the required number of users.

For an industrial facility, XMODULE manufactured a sanitary and welfare complex with a total floor area of 45 m². The project consists of three prefabricated modules forming two separate buildings.

The men's section combines two modules: one contains shower facilities, while the other accommodates toilets and washbasins. The women's section is located in a separate module and includes a shower room, toilets and washbasins.

During the design process, particular attention was paid to moisture-resistant materials, floor watertightness, drainage and everyday user convenience. One of the project's key construction features is the aluminium-coated floor, designed with a slope towards the floor drains. Drainage pipes and connections are integrated into the lower frames of the modules.

The buildings were installed inside a production facility using a truck-mounted crane.

XMODULE modular shower facilities are manufactured at the company's own production facility. Depending on their intended use, sanitary and welfare buildings can consist of one or several modules combined into a single complex. Manufacturing costs and lead times are determined individually for each project.
