The modular house is manufactured as a demountable structure with an efficient thermal insulation envelope. The structural design allows for operation across a range of climatic conditions and installation on various types of sites.

The 17.5 sq. m interior includes a bedroom, open-plan kitchen, bathroom and hallway. The house is equipped with core engineering systems: electrical supply, heating, ventilation and underfloor heating.

For autonomous energy supply, the module can be fitted with solar panels. The building is easy to transport and can be assembled within one day. This type of modular house is widely used at tourist complexes, glamping sites, holiday parks and other HoReCa facilities.
