Modular house with terrace of 40 sq. m consists of two modules combined into a single building. The solution is designed for short-term and seasonal out-of-town leisure. Suitable for private plots, holiday parks, glamping sites and recreational complexes.

The modular house has a functional layout comprising two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom and an open terrace. Total building area — 40 sq. m. The terrace extends the living space and creates an additional outdoor leisure zone.

The exterior cladding is sandwich panels; the roof is polymer-coated metal with anti-corrosion protective finish. The roof structure incorporates organised rainwater drainage.

PIR insulation is used for the thermal insulation of walls and roof. The material has low thermal conductivity and delivers high thermal performance across the building envelope.

The house is equipped with all necessary engineering systems: water supply, drainage, ventilation, air conditioning, heating and underfloor heating. Where required, the module can be supplied with furniture and plumbing fixtures.

The modular house is manufactured from two modules and installed directly on a prepared site. Prior to manufacture, the layout, fit-out and engineering systems are agreed with the client in accordance with the technical specification.
