The modular dormitory comprises two floors connected by an internal staircase. The layout includes living rooms, bathrooms, utility areas and technical rooms. The building is designed as a comprehensive solution for large-scale accommodation and is equipped with all necessary engineering systems: water supply, drainage, ventilation and electrical supply.

The project has been developed with functional and residential comfort requirements in mind. Modular construction involves the manufacture of structural elements under factory conditions and the completion of installation works directly on a prepared site. The foundation type for a modular building is determined by the geological conditions of the site.
