The modular building for medical personnel of 156 sq. m consists of 10 modules and is designed for the comfortable accommodation of healthcare workers. The project incorporates functional zoning, inclusive access and all necessary engineering systems. The building is manufactured at the XMODULE production facility and installed directly on a prepared site.

The personnel accommodation building consists of 10 modules combined into a single residential complex. The layout is designed for the accommodation of medical personnel and includes living rooms, a kitchen, bathrooms and utility areas.

A ramp is provided for building access. The modular structure enables factory manufacture of the main elements and rapid on-site assembly on a prepared foundation. Thermal and acoustic insulation materials create comfortable living conditions.

Buildings of this type can be used to accommodate medical personnel, construction crews, industrial and energy sector workers, and staff at remote facilities, as well as in humanitarian and other projects.

The layout, fit-out and engineering solutions are developed in collaboration with the XMODULE engineering department. We manufacture modular buildings of varying sizes — from individual accommodation modules to complexes comprising several dozen modules.
