The modular personnel accommodation building of 134 sq. m consists of eight modules. The project was delivered for the housing of medical staff and includes living rooms, a kitchen, an office, a storeroom, a corridor and a bathroom with shower facilities. The building features inclusive access with a ramp and fully installed engineering systems.

The modules are connected on site within a matter of days. The building is equipped with electrical supply, water supply, drainage, ventilation and air conditioning systems. A ramp is provided for persons with reduced mobility.

The structure is manufactured from sandwich panels and is designed for operation across a range of climatic conditions. Where required, the complex can be supplemented with autonomous energy solutions, including solar panels.

The modular personnel accommodation building can be deployed at construction, industrial and energy facilities, in medical, defence and humanitarian projects, and at locations with temporary or remote infrastructure.
