XMODULE manufactured and installed a modular building for the customs service in Volyn Oblast, Ukraine. The facility is designed to secure the premises and control the weighing of cargo and vehicles.

The building consists of two modules with a total area of 30 m². The structure was manufactured using demountable construction technology and features thermal insulation and the necessary engineering systems.

The modular weighbridge and security post building is part of a complex of four buildings manufactured by XMODULE for the customs service. The facility consists of two interconnected modules built on a metal frame. The layout includes two separate service offices, with a bathroom containing two toilets located between them.

PIR-core sandwich panels are used for the thermal insulation of the walls and roof. The floor structure incorporates mineral wool insulation, cement-bonded particle boards, and a wear-resistant floor covering. External metal components are protected with anti-corrosion primer and polyurethane paint.

The building is equipped with electrical networks, interior lighting, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The sanitary facilities include water supply and wastewater disposal systems, with the possibility of connecting to external utility networks.

As part of the comprehensive project, XMODULE handled structural manufacturing, delivery, foundation construction using geopiles, and building installation.

Quick-assembly modular solutions are used for weighbridge stations, checkpoints, industrial facilities, logistics centers, and other sites.
