Modular checkpoint for an industrial facility based on a 20-foot shipping container. Total area 15 sq. m, insulated with PIR panels, equipped with heating, air conditioning and heat recovery ventilation. Provision is made for generator connection and solar panel installation.

The XMODULE team manufactured the personnel access control point on the basis of a 20-foot container. The all-welded structure has PIR insulation around the entire perimeter and is protected with epoxy primer and polyurethane paint.

The interior features a single open-plan space of 15 sq. m with a ceiling height of 2,500 mm. The finishing is laminated chipboard, and the floor is plywood with aluminium sheet turned up onto the wall. This execution simplifies maintenance and is suited to intensive daily use.

The checkpoint is designed for operation with minimal dependence on external utility networks. The module includes provision for solar panels and a separate disconnect switch for generator connection. Heat recovery ventilation reduces heat losses, while heating and air conditioning maintain the required microclimate year-round.

The container-based structure adds mobility to the module — when required, it is ready for relocation to another site. The modular checkpoint is an effective solution for manufacturing and industrial enterprises and for the logistics and defence sectors.
