The module is manufactured as a standalone technical room for boiler equipment. The reinforced base frame structure is designed for transportation and repeated relocation of the module — particularly important for facilities where heat-generating equipment needs to be positioned at a temporary or variable location.

The interior finishing uses polymer-coated and aluminium metal. The exterior envelope is additionally protected with anti-corrosion coatings.

The block module incorporates full engineering provision for reliable operation of technical equipment, including ventilation, water supply and drainage. The fit-out and system connections can be determined in accordance with the type of boiler equipment and the requirements of the specific facility.

The modular boiler room can be used at industrial, municipal, manufacturing and other facilities. The mobile design allows the module to be transported to another prepared location when required.
