The station is built on a reinforced all-welded frame with aluminium exterior cladding. Particular attention has been paid to the integration of process equipment — the structure includes a mounting seat for a rotary manipulator, and side access doors provide access to the working area. The built-in aluminium ladder simplifies access to equipment and internal module components.

Large-format ventilation grilles ensure the required air exchange within the interior. The modular structure is adapted for operation in field conditions.

The mobile welding station can be used for the organisation of welding and maintenance works at locations where the workstation and equipment need to be relocated together. Structural solutions can be adapted to specific technological processes and the client's equipment configuration.
