On May 31, 2023, Vice Prime Minister for Innovation, Education, Science, and Technology Development Mykhailo Fedorov announced that it will be even easier for Ukrainians to use the most popular construction services in "Diia". He also mentioned that due to the digitalization of the construction sector, the state saved 11.2 billion hryvnias.

In "Diia", three upgraded services are available:

• Notification of the start of construction work based on the building passport and notification of changes to the registered notification.
• Issuance of a building passport and making changes to the issued building passport.
• Declaration of readiness of the facility for operation based on the building passport.
