What are the types of sanitary and household modules?

- Modular toilets and washrooms. There are toilet cubicles inside, there is a hand washing area. This is the most popular type of module ordered by gas stations, manufacturing and industrial companies.
- Modular showers and baths are equipped with water supply and drainage systems, boilers for uninterrupted hot water supply. They also have enhanced waterproofing. Often used in the defense sector.
- Modular washing and drying rooms. Specialized units with reinforced electrical wiring for connecting washing machines. Equipped with powerful ventilation systems for quick drying of clothes.
There are combined sanitary units. These are universal complexes that combine shower cubicles, toilets and changing rooms in one or more connected modules. Technical features of XMODULE sanitary and household modular buildings
The specifics of sanitary premises require a special approach to materials and engineering networks. For the interior decoration of the modules, wear-resistant and moisture-resistant materials that are easy to clean are used - DSP, linoleum, polymer metal, stainless steel, fiberglass.
Special attention is paid to ventilation systems. The hood should prevent the formation of condensation, mold and unpleasant odors, while maintaining a comfortable microclimate.
Another important aspect is energy efficiency. Insulation of walls, floors and roofs using PIR filler ensures that the modules will not freeze in winter, and the water supply system will operate smoothly even at sub-zero temperatures.
Autonomy or centralization?
XMODULE sanitary and household modules can operate in two modes:
- Connection to external networks. The module is integrated into existing city or facility communications (water supply, sewage, electricity).
- Complete autonomy. When it comes to remote facilities, the modules are equipped with tanks for clean water and waste, septic tanks, pumping stations. They can also be powered by generators.
